Pareil pour moi.
L'album tourne au moins trois fois par semaine dans mon lecteur depuis sa sortie, et je ne m'en lasse vraiment pas.
Je le trouve meilleur que FII, 6DOIT ou TOT.
En tout cas, il est beaucoup plus agréable à écouter, sans passages purement démonstratifs ou forcés, même si évidemment il n'est pas parfait.

Just a few weeks ago - me, James and Jordan were walking to Starbucks and James was telling me how hard it was for him to memorize the order to those spoken parts and I looked at him funny telling him to simply remember sequence of the order of songs on the album.
He and Jordan looked at me in amazement and had NO IDEA that my lyrics in that section were all references to each song on the album!
I then explained to them the audio snippets flying by in the background for each group of lyrics (they never noticed them) as well as my spoken vocal underneath laying out "Root" thru "Octave" (and thus my idea for naming the cooresponding tracks "The Root Of All Evil" and "Octavarium") and they were completely oblivious to all of the connections!
I suppose that's what happens when a certain somebody (yours truly!) plants all kinds of nuggets all throughout an album while the others aren't in the studio!
(Either that or they should be reading some of the nugget threads posted on this Forum after Octavarium came out!)
Not trying to toot my own horn - just thought it was pretty funny!
Back to your regularly scheduled Forum....

C'est vrai que ça fait sourire, mais en même temps, ça confirme si besoin est que c'est encore et toujours Mike qui mène la barque, et qu'il ne dit pas tout à ses compères.
Bizarre qu'il n'ait pas pris la peine d'expliquer aux autres les ficelles de l'album plus en détails.
Mais il y a certainement aussi un manque de perspicacité de leur part, comme l'a dit Joker...

And now, here’s the solution.
1 – The first and the last song in 8vm are in the key of F, “the story ends where it beganâ€. Key of F.
2 – All the tonalities in the booklet are expressed in the Key of violin, while the “actual†tonalities are the relative notes in the KEY OF BASS; all the songs are in “minorâ€, except for the first and the last, which are, indeed, in F.
3 – Why an oriental girl? Obvious: in a band, only one person uses the key of bass in his scores: the BASSIST. Myung. Oriental. Furthermore, in the back cover, Myung is put on the G#, i.e. the relative major of…. F.
4 – Why a woman? Look carefully at the image of the Key, what is it behind the main ‘comma’ sign? Two dots, two…. tits. Female.
5 - Why in the back cover? The girl, just like the Key in a score, is put “at the beginning of the lineâ€; in this case the “music page†where to write is the whole world, represented through that huge, almost neutral, ‘virgin’ landscape. In fact, soon after, here are the eight balls, the eight songs written in the ‘score’.
6 – And so, I also found the solution to the other dilemma: why the hell to put a black line under the actual cover? What is the sense in that? My friends, just measure it: it is exactly one fifth of the whole cover, i.e. the distance line-space-line in a pentagram. This is the final clue that the whole CD cover is an ideal page of a score, we could actually say it IS a page of music, ‘cause this is the cover of a CD!. Ah, the distance between the two notes in the first two lines of a pentagram, E and G, corresponds to the distance between one note and his relative minor. And, finally, which is the note between them, the note in the first space (here represented through the “black sectionâ€) of a pentagram? Simple,
