Bon alors.. presque 2 ans plus tard ça donne quoi?
J'ai déjà reçu Red il y a deux semaines, puis ITCOTCK hier (Lizard devrait suivre d'ici peu.)
Y'a pas à dire, Wilson est un maître producteur et ce qu'il touche se transforme en or..! Les mix 5.1 de KC sont sublimes et permettent de découvrir à nouveau une musique vieille de 40 ans sous un autre angle.
La qualité sonore est remarquable ce qui fait en sorte qu'on a l'impression d'avoir reculé dans le temps et de se trouver en plein studio lors des enregistrement de ces albums mythiques!

A Scarcity of Miracles will be released simultaneously as a CD/DVD-A package, a 200g limited edition vinyl album with a gatefold sleeve & a standard CD. The CD/DVD-A pack features the album mixed in 5.1 surround sound, the album in high definition 24/96 stereo, an album's worth of alternate mixes, improvs from the original sessions & the video for the title track, along with the CD album in a slipcase.

The sixth and seventh releases in the superb King Crimson reissue series.
The edgy Post-Punk 'Rock Gamelan' complexity of 1981's Discipline signified a startling reinvention for this most restless of bands and remains one of the key albums of the early 1980s and one of the most popular and influential in King Crimson's catalogue.
Perhaps the most accurate representation of the band's powerful mid-70's identity, 1974's Starless And Bible Black was an experimental hybrid of live material and studio recordings which came between the landmark releases Larks' Tongues In Aspic and Red.
Featuring the original and new (by Steven Wilson and Robert Fripp) stereo mixes of the albums, both releases are loaded with rare extras (audio and visual) and both come with new 5.1 mixes by Steven Wilson.
